Terms of service
These Commercial Terms are entered into by and between E-Nano Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12054461, whose registered office is at Camberwell Business Centre Unit 56, 99-103 Lomond Grove, London, SE5 7HN (‘E-Nano’) and the Client pursuant to the E-Nano SaaS Subscriber Terms.
These Commercial Terms along with:

constitutes the ‘Agreement’.
You confirm, as an Authorised Representative of the Client, you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
All defined terms in these Commercial Terms are as defined in the E-Nano Device & SaaS Subscriber Terms at Schedule 1 unless otherwise stated.
E-Nano reserves the exclusive right to update the E-Nano Device & SaaS Subscriber Terms and/or the SaaS Availability, Maintenance & Support Services Terms at its sole discretion from time to time.
